What happens if the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle capacity?

Safety is our top priority. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity. In such cases, you may need to book and pay for an additional vehicle on-site (if available). Otherwise, the booking will be considered a no-show.

To avoid inconvenience, please ensure the total number of passengers (including children) and luggage match the selected vehicle's capacity when booking.

Do you offer a discount for children?

No. Safety is our priority, and the number of vehicle seats must match the total number of passengers including both adults and children. Every child occupies a seat, so the same capacity rules apply regardless of age.

How long will the driver wait for me?

• Standard Pickups (Hotel, Home, Work Address):
  • If parking is allowed: 15 minutes after scheduled pick-up time.
  • If parking is not allowed: Driver will call 5 minutes before arrival.
• Airport/Port/Border/Train Station Pickups:
  • 60 minutes of complimentary wait time.
  • Providing travel details (flight number, ship name, etc.) allows the driver to track delays or early arrivals.

What are the consequences of violating the policy?

Violating our policies, such as exceeding vehicle capacity, smoking in the vehicle, or bringing unauthorized food/drinks may result in additional charges, service refusal, or forfeiture of the full fare.
